I'd like to say first that this webpage is in no way an attempt to steal the name of a popular book by homebrew guru and author Charlie Papazian. My wife just gave me the idea for this domain name and it sounded good, so I registered it. No disrespect intended to Charlie Papazian. Actually Mr. Papazian has been a great inspiration to both me and many other homebrewers. His book "The Homebrewer's Companion" can be found here. I would encourage any aspiring brewer to read the book as well as "The Complete Joy of Homebrewing". It can be found here. Both are excellent resources and would be money well spent for anyone who enjoys brewing at home.
